“Seymour and his team have gone above and beyond in bringing this project to completion. It was completed on time and within budget. Seymour project managed from start to finish and his trades people always arrived when expected. His communication throughout was excellent and he dealt with any unexpected issues in a practical and highly professional way and always found great solutions. He and all his team were polite, friendly and excellent in their respective trades. They were always very tidy throughout the build. We are delighted with our new extension.”

“Once again Seymor and his guys went full out converting our garage before Jason came in to plaster through out, his finish is top notch and smooth. Highly recommend.”

“I was impressed with SDC from the very first consultation until the end of the project. The builders have always been punctual and respectful. It has been nice to know when to expect a trade and what they are expected to do: with information at every step of the way. The attention to detail and quality of finish was excellent throughout.
For our next building project, I will be going straight to SDC.”

“Seymour’s excellent carpenter did a really great job of fitting the kitchen units (which were well designed by Howdens) into the available space, making adjustments where necessary and leaving us with a very smart and fully functional new kitchen.”

“Outstanding quality of work, very professional and always tidy. Answers all queries, gives recommendations and is open to ideas and suggestions.”

“I had a very good experience with SD Construction from first contact to the end of the project. The works done have exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t change a thing now the works are complete. I am particularly impressed with the quality of Seymour’s team and Seymour’s attention to detail. I have a beautiful kitchen extension, new open plan living space, newly created utility room and refurbished bathroom and hallway. I fully endorse SD Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
